Update on Market Data Display

We are aware that some market data platforms, including the London Stock Exchange website, are currently displaying BSFA’s share capital as though the previously proposed 12-for-1 share consolidation has already taken place.

As confirmed in our recent announcements, the consolidation has not yet been implemented. While an estimated timing of around 26 February 2026 was included in our December RNS, a subsequent announcement confirmed that the process had been delayed.

Unfortunately, some data providers appear to have applied the consolidation automatically based on the earlier estimated date, which has resulted in incorrect share price and market capitalisation figures being displayed on certain platforms.

We have contacted the relevant data providers and are currently working with the London Stock Exchange to resolve the issue so that the correct (unconsolidated) figures are reflected across all platforms. Most broker platforms have already been corrected.
